Integrating our unique-ruby-splendored selves comes with forgiving and accepting the parts of ourselves that are our shadow selves

· Have not fully accepted

· Shy away from

· Want to rip out and throw away

Wholly, we are all parts.

Tender, fierce, compassionate, angry, loving, volatile, lazy, rude, empathetic, kind, loving, generous, ruthless, selfish, open, consistent, determined, inconsistent, pushy, bossy, outspoken, adamant, sparkling, imperfectly, brilliant, human.

Love your shadows and accept those parts of yourself. That you beat yourself up for.

That are there when you have made a mistake. That rear up as entanglement with other humans.

We are all parts of ourselves. This humanity is part of the journey.

It is how you got here today
